1) I have placed my order, when will I receive it?

Ans: We take 5-7 working days to dispatch the products given most of our clothing are made to order. If you see there is a delay beyond 10 days please Whatsapp us on 9600039373 or email musings.clothing@gmail.com

Note: For Ajrakh sarees, we take 20 working days to dispatch. 

2) I am not sure if the size I have chosen will fit me right.

Ans: When you choose size M, you are choosing your body size and not garment size 

Kindly go for one size up when in doubt. 

Note: We also provide 1 inch on both the sides so you can alter them if needed.

3) How to make the payment? 

Ans: We accept card payment, UPI, Netbanking, Bank Transfer. 

4) How are my clothes made?

Ans: As a consumer you have the rights to know how your clothes are being made and if they are made ethically. We partner with artisans and weavers all over India and source fabrics. Our creative design team adds a touch of elegance and modernism to create pretty designs and our specialised tailors give you the right fit. We aim to keep this entire chain sustainable/eco-friendly and compensate our artisans with the right price. 

5) How can I add "Add ons"? I can't see them on your website.

Ans: Go to Shop > Add Ons. We provide Add Ons like Feeding Zippers, Additional Lining, Pockets, Scrunchies. 

6) I can't find my size. 

Ans: It may be out of stock. Please drop in a message on Instagram or send us a note via contact on the website or email us on musings.clothing@gmail.com. Please send the dress name and the size you are looking for. 

7) Will there be bleeding of colours?

Ans: All of our outfits and fabrics are handmade, some of them might bleed colours in the first few washes and its quite natural. You can find the wash instructions for each outfit and follow the same to maintain the charm. We focus on providing you eco-friendly garments. 

8) Do you accept Returns / Exchange ? 

Ans: We do not accept Returns or Exchange unless there is a Product Damage. We would need a supporting video opening of the parcel taken within 24-36 hours of receiving the parcel.

In case if the Product is found damaged we can arrange for an Exchange. 

The Product should be shipped back to the Seller Address by the Customer.

In case if the Product isn’t available for Exchange, we will initiate a refund to the original payment method within 24-72 hours of receiving the Product back. This will exclude the Payment Gateway Charges, Services Charges, Forward Shipping Charges and Taxes. Kindly ensure the Product is not worn/not used/not washed.

9) Do you have customisation options?

Ans: Yes, we offer customisation of sleeves, height, neckline etc. depending on the feasibility. We also offer Feeding Zip customisation for the Nursing Moms. 

Please note you will have to add One Feeding Zip for one Outfit in your Cart, which you can find in the Add Ons section.
