1) I have placed my order, when will I receive it?

2) I am not sure if the size I have chosen will fit me right.

Ans: When you choose size M, you are choosing your body size and not garment size 

Note: We provide 1 inch margin on both the sides so you can alter them if needed.

3) How to make the payment? Are my payments secured?

Ans: We accept card payment, UPI, Netbanking, Bank Transfer. Our Payment gateway is secured and hassle-free, so your transactions are safe. 

4) How are my clothes made?

Ans: As a consumer you have the rights to know how your clothes are being made and if they are made ethically. We partner with artisans and weavers all over India and source fabrics. Our creative design team adds a touch of elegance and modernism to create pretty designs and our specialised tailors give you the right fit. We aim to keep this entire chain sustainable/eco-friendly and compensate our artisans with the right price. 

5) How do I add Lining/Feeding Zip/Scrunchies? 

Ans: We provide Add Ons like Feeding Zippers, Additional Lining and Scrunchies.

Go to Shop > Add Ons and Add your required number of Add Ons. If you have purchased 3 outfits and would like to add feeding zip for 2 outfits, you can add 2 feeding zips. 

You can add a note in the "Order Special Instructions" section mentioning the outfit for which you'd like to have the feeding zip for. 

Note: In case if you forget, don't worry, our team will reach out to you and get clarity on the Add ons before proceeding for stitching. 

6) I can't find my size. 

Ans: It may be out of stock. Please drop in a message on Instagram or send us a note via contact on the website or email us on musings.clothing@gmail.com. Please send the dress name and the size you are looking for. 

7) Will there be bleeding of colours?

Ans: All of our outfits and fabrics are handmade, some of them might bleed colours in the first few washes and its quite natural. You can find the wash instructions for each outfit, please follow the same to maintain the charm. We focus on providing you eco-friendly garments over trendy outfits. 

Important : Bandhej, Ajrakh, Indigo are known to rub off colours before wash. This is an intrinsic nature of the Natural dyes, kindly be mindful of the same while wearing for the first time. To reduce the bleeding of colours, you can add a spoon of salt in cold water while washing the clothes for the first 2 times. Please wash them separately. This will automatically settle down in upcoming washes, not affecting the outfit colour in any ways. 

8) Do you accept Returns / Exchange ? 

Ans: Kindly go through our Return Policy. 

9) Do you have customisation options?

Ans: Yes, we offer customisation of sleeves, height, neckline etc. depending on the feasibility. We also offer Feeding Zip customisation for the Nursing Moms.

10) Do you have COD?

No we do not have COD option.
